A seasoned professional in the Architectural Engineering and Construction industry, Henry J. Diaz has over 38 years of experience in the construction and management of various project delivery methods for both private and public Architectural, Commercial, and Industrial Building Enclosure Systems. With a focus on projects with budgets of up to and exceeding $30 million, Henry’s leadership ensures the successful execution of complex projects.

Management Approach:
Henry collaborates with key stakeholders across all phases of construction, including owner representatives, construction managers, general contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and manufacturers. His operational practices are perfected to ensure seamless coordination and project delivery.
